Introduction of Use

1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day. It is recommended to be consumed with cold foods.

Dosage for Use:

1 dessert spoon daily for 3-5 years old

1 tablespoon daily for ages 5 and above.

Since our product is a cold press production, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening since it is not chemically and heat treated.
