Black Cumin seed oil is derived from the Nigella Sativa, a flowering plant native to southern Asia. Black Cumin Seed is a natural source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). Thymoquinone (TQ) is an active ingredient found in black cumin seed oil, and is known for its antioxidant and health support properties.

It is known from the literature that the natural Black Cumin Seed oil acts as an antioxidant that benefits and helps support a healthy immune system and metabolism.

Introduction of Use

1 tablespoon on an empty stomach once a day. It is recommended to be consumed with cold foods.

Dosage for Use:

It is not recommend to children under 1 year.

Children under 1 year; only use on skin

1 teaspoon daily, 1-3 years old

1 dessert spoon daily for 3-5 years old

1 tablespoon daily for ages 5 and above.

Also applicable for use on your skin and hair.

Since our product is a cold press production, it is recommended to be consumed within 60 days after opening since it is not chemically and heat treated. However, this period depends entirely on the usage and storage conditions of the consumer. For this reason, it will not be very accurate to give an exact date regarding usage periods. If it is kept in a cool place away from heat and light and its cover is kept closed completely, the period may be 4-6 months and 1 year depending on the product type.
